Lesson Plan Differentiation
Lee's Differentiation
For group work, Lee could be placed in a group or pair with someone who has strong analytical skills. For the group poster work, she can be given the specific role of finding facts about the topic while the other group members elaborate on the facts. During individual brainstorming times, like in the concept lesson, Lee can be paired up with a student who has strong brainstorming skills. For the written assignments, Lee can be given the option to present the answers a different way since getting her thoughts down on paper is difficult for her. She could answer the questions orally, for example.
